Individual session- $150 (50 minute)

Couple/Family session- $175 (75 minute)

 

Fees are due the same day of service.

Insurance

  

I am not currently contracted with any insurance companies. Many insurance companies do offer out-of-network reimbursements for mental health services. Please check with your insurance provider to understand what reimbursement options may be available. I am happy to provide you a monthly superbill (itemized receipt of services) as needed.

Here are the questions clients find helpful when contacting their insurance providers: 

 

1. Do I have Out of Network behavioral health benefits?

 

2. Do I have a deductible, how much is it and has it been met?

 

3. What is my out of network reimbursement rate per session?

 

4. How many sessions are covered per calendar year?

**I understand that therapy is an important investment. I do offer a limited number of sliding-fee scale slots for clients with financial hardships.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you are unable to attend a session, please call with a 24-hr notice. Otherwise, you will be charged for a full session. Rescheduled sessions will be available if possible at the discretion of the therapist.
